Responding to a urgent request about wills
Recently one of our facilitator stepped in to support a clients partner (their usual Joining The Dots facilitator wasn’t available), who contacted us for urgent information and help to get a will in place following deterioration in their partners health.
We signposted them to Macmillan’s free will writing service and whilst we cannot recommend or endorse particular solicitors, we did give them contact details of a few local practices for them to speak to.
After this we updated their usual facilitator on the situation to ensure continuity of care and support during this difficult time.
